The Mannsville Free Library was established in 1956 and was housed on the corner of US Route11 and Lilac Park Drive, later it was moved the sessions room of the Congregational Church and in 1994 moved to its current location.
The library serves the Village of Mannsville and out lying areas and serves as hub for activities in Mannsville.
