In this course, students will learn:
* How to perform "mini-reviews" to better prepare for the annual process
* Ways to incorporate praise and positive feedback into the review process
* Ways to create feelings of trust among employees and the supervisor
* How to deliver criticism effectively
* Ways to increase employee interest in the review process
