The Northern New York Library Network has the facilities you may be looking for, and it’s conveniently located right here in St. Lawrence County on Route 11 between Potsdam and Canton, NY. The Network has opened up its facilities to be used by businesses and industries that require a location for a meeting or workshop.

As many business people are aware, most computer or lecture workshops easily run $199 per person, per day to attend, and that does not include travel and other accommodations. The Network’s facilities allow for agencies to conduct a full day of training at a fraction of that cost.

Traveling for business meetings is another time consuming and high expense many businesses and organizations face. But in utilizing the Network’s teleconferencing capabilities, those factors are nearly eliminated.

The Computer Lab has a 20-station capacity, plus a station for the instructor, and is Internet-ready. There is also a "Smart Board" for the instructor's usage. The fee is: $250.00 daily rate (8 am - 5 pm). The Meeting Room has a 60-seat capacity with a digital projector and electronic screen, satellite down link capabilities, and is equipped with a sound system. The room's layout may be customer-configured to meet your needs. The fee is: $130.00 per day (8 am - 5 pm); $65.00 half-day rate (maximum of 4 hours). The Conference Room has a 20-seat capacity, and may be used for teleconferencing on our large screen television, or for a satellite down link. The fee is $100.00 per day ( 8 am - 5 pm); $50.00 half-day rate (maximum of 4 hours).

The Network's facilities are handicapped accessible; open year-round, Monday- Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and provide free, on-site parking for all participants.
