The Pulaski Library depends on the talents of 40 volunteers for over 100 volunteer hours to keep the library open.
Volunteers
Our volunteers man the circulation desk, shelve books, repair books, perform clerical duties and provide good public relations in the community. During these times of severe budget constraints, the volunteer program is vital to keeping the library open and available to the public. We applaud their efforts.
Friends of the Pulaski Public Library
Our Purpose: To maintain an association of persons interested in libraries; to focus public attention on the library; to stimulate the use of the library's resources and services; to encourage and receive gifts, endowments and bequests to the library; to design and manage fundraising activities in support of library purchases; to support and cooperate with the library in developing library services and facilities for the community, and to support the freedom to read as expressed in the American Library Association Bill of Rights.
