Library Board meetings are held at 6:00pm on the first Tuesday of each month in the library and are open to the public
Library History
The Waddington Hepburn Library is one of eight libraries in Northern New York known as Hepburn Libraries.
These libraries were founded by a donation from A. Barton Hepburn (left), a prominent New York City financier and philanthropist.
Construction of the Waddington library began in 1919 and was completed in 1921.
The Library was incorporated as a public library in 1921 and is currently chartered to serve a population of 2012.
Community Room
The Library's community room is available for use free of charge. The room has wireless ineternet service, a full kitchen, a projection screen, tables and chairs and handicap accessiblity. It can be reserved for use at no charge by contacting the library.
