  This  Year we

 will have 4 new computers due

 to a Gates Grant.

They will have Office 07 on them and we hope to have classes on office here at the library

Thank you all for a very warm and friendly welcome to Waddington!

Thanks to a grant from The Gates Foundation and a gift of matching funds from the Northern New York Community Foundation, the library will be receiving four new computers in July at no cost to us! We are also hoping to start the automation process in the Fall.

Our summer reading program will be held Wednesdays in July at the town beach.

We are fortunate to have a great library in our town.  Join us in keeping it great!!

 

The Friends of the Library meet about 5 times a year to plan activities and coordinate services. Some of the services the Friends group provides are financial assistance for library programs,  weekly Outreach book deliveries, staffing the library on Saturday mornings, helping with Family Story Time, providing refreshments for library programs and functions, conducting an annual book sale and promoting the library within the community.  Please drop in or call and ask how you can help.

We have been weeding our collection and have had an enormous amount of outside donations.
